Fueling the new price war on the tablet front Amazon has launched its much-rumored 7-inch Fire Tablet for just 50 dollars. With holiday season is just around the corner, Amazon could not have chosen a better time to announce the Fire Tablet. The Seattle-based company made this tablet available for pre-booking on its website, and will start shipping them from 30 September.
Amazon is targeting entertainment buffs with this tablet. The latest Fire tablet features a 7-inch IPS display with 1000 x 600 pixels resolution. It’s been powered by 1.3GHz quad-core processor with 1GB RAM.
It comes with a front and rare camera to capture breathtaking images. With this tablet, Amazon is rolling out its latest android-based Fire OS 5.
The e-tailer giant Amazon claims that the new Fire tablet is 2 times tougher than recently unveiled Apple Air 4. Amazon Fire Tablet price in India expected to be under rupees four thousand. No official date of Amazon Fire Tablet availability in India is announced, but we expect it would be available by Diwali in India.
Alongside Fire Tablet, Amazon has also announced updated version of Amazon Fire TV. The newest version of Fire TV comes with enhanced capabilities as compared to its predecessor.
