Infous is taking the lead when it comes to rolling out Marshmallow in affordable smartphone realm. Last week it was the Bingo 50, and today, the Foxconn brand has officially presented Bingo 10, an Android Marshmallow phone priced at 4,299 INR.

The Bingo 10 is meant for first time smartphone users with elementary needs. It is powered by 32Bit MT6580M quad-core processor ticking at 1.3GHz. The choice for 32Bit architecture makes sense since there is only 1GB RAM and 8GB of native storage available (64 bit registers are bigger and need more space in ).

Talking about the launch, Sachin Thapar, Country Head, InFocus India said, “For most smartphone users, the wait to own a device with latest Android OS could be eternal. In fact as per Google’s report, till date, only 2.3% of the Android Smartphone is on Marshmallow. With InFocus Bingo 10, we want everyone to be able to get the taste of Marshmallow, which is still seen as a preserve of high-end smartphones. InFocus BINGO 10 is our endeavour to cater to the core needs of age group of 15-24 years and it perfectly complements their style quotient with attractive color frames and superior design quality.”
