HTC 10 evo Out In India At Rs. 48,990

Taiwanese electronics company HTC has brought out its latest offering, called the HTC 10 evo on Indian shores. The high-end phone will be available for purchase from the company’s website at a price of Rs. 48,990.

The HTC 10 evo features a metal unibody and comes replete with what the company is referring to as the world’s first USB Type-C dual adaptive earphones.

The phone features a 5.5-inch quad HD display that is secured by a Coring Gorilla Glass 5 on the top and is powered by Qualcomm’s octa-core Snapdragon 810 chipset clocking a speed up to 2.0GHz which has been meted with a 3GB RAM.

Running on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box, the device carries an IP57 rating making it fairly resistant to water and dust. Packing a 3,200mAh battery, the phone boasts of a 32GB primary memory that could be extended to a maximum of 2TB.

Another standout feature that the phone has is the company’s BoomSound adaptive audio that supposedly adapts the audio to the sound levels around, making it a worthwhile experience.

Coming to the optics, the phone features a 16MP rear camera with a 28mm glass lens and various features that include PDAF, OIS and 4K recording. On the front, there is an 8MP camera having a 29mm lens and f/2.4 aperture that also supports 1080p full HD recording.
