Huawei does seem to be working on a new device, primarily dubbed as the Honor Note 9 which, if true, will be the successor of their last year’s Honor Note 8 device.

The current speculations surrounding the upcoming Honor Note 9 says that the phone will be powered HiSilicon Kirin 965 chipset – which will make it the first device to come loaded with that chipset, paired with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of built-in storage.

On the camera front, it is expected that Honor Note 9 will sport a dual-rear facing camera with 12MP sensors each.

Apart from this, earlier reports and leaked images of the Honor Note 9 suggested that the smartphone will feature a 5.5-inch bezel-less display, which means that it will have an end to end screen, and will house a 4600 mAh battery.

We may see the first glimpse of Honor Note 9 at upcoming IFA 2017 that will be held next month from September 1 to September 6 in Berlin.

To refresh your memory, last years’ Huawei Honor Note 8 had a 6.6-inch touchscreen and was powered by octa-core Kirin 955 processor with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable storage. In optics, it included a 13MP primary camera and an 8MP selfie shooter.
