Huawei’s full vision display and dual rear and front camera smartphone successfully landed in Malaysia as the Huawie Nova 2i. The same phone was launched in China last month, where it is nicknamed as the Huawei Maimang 6 and the same is what Huawei could introduce in India tomorrow (with a different branding, of course). The specification and design of the phone remain the same as the China variant.

Huawei Nova 2i Specification and Features
The Huawei Nova 2i flaunts a 5.9-inch wide view Full HD+ (2160 x 1080 pixels) display with 18:9 screen-body aspect ratio, under the 2.5D curved glass.
Under the hood, the phone rocks on Octa-Core Kirin 659 processor clocked at 2.45Ghz integrated with MaliT830-MP2 GPU and coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage, which you can further expand up to 256GB with microSD.
In optics, the dual cameras on the rear panel are supported by two sensors – a 16MP sensor clubbed with a 2MP sensor, which is backed by dual-tone LED flash, CMOS sensor, PDAF, and digital zoom. Whereas the dual-front camera is equipped with 13MP and 2MP sensors with soft LED flash.
The phone will boots on Android Nougat Software out of the box, and extracts power from 3340mAh non-removable battery. The fingerprint sensor is spotted at the back of the phone and the Huawei branding is at the front placed on the lower bezel.
In terms of connectivity, the Huawei Nova 2i includes a 4G VoLTE support, hybrid dual-sim, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC, a 3.5mm audio jack, and other standard features.
Huawei Nova 2i Price and Availability
The Huawei Nova 2i will sell in Aurora Blue, Graphite Black and Prestige Gold colors, and is priced at 1299 RM, Rs. 20,080 approx. It will go on sale in Malaysia from October 13th.
The reports also indicate that the same handset will be launched globally as the Huawei Mate 10 Lite and the company could most likely do it by tomorrow, i.e. October 5, at the Huawei event, along with Huawei Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro.
