LeEco’s Le Pro 3, which was announced for China last week, might me trotting across to this side of the border soon. An import listing confirms that LeEco has already imported 10 units of the handset to India, which implies that they might have already started customizing the handset for India.

The Le X720 in the listing is the model number for Le Pro 3. The ‘value’ doesn’t mean much as these are not retail units.

Let’s recap the specs first. The Le Pro3 comes with a 5.5-inch display packed in a slim (7.5mm) but heavy (175 grams) metallic chassis. It’s powered by the best-in-class Snapdragon 821 quad-core processor, paired with up to 6GB RAM and up to 128GB storage.

Other notable highlights include 16 MP, f/2.0, phase detection autofocus, dual-LED (dual tone) flash, 8 MP, f/2.2 aperture, Fingerprint sensor, Infrared sensor, stereo speakers, Fingerprint sensor, Infrared sensor and 4070mAh battery. The handset runs Android Marshmallow based EUI.

In China, the Le Pro 3 went on sale today and LeEco managed to unload 500,000 units in mere 15 seconds. It’s unlikely that the company has any surplus stock for India.

In India, LeEco is currently focused on pushing Le 2 and Le Max 2 for the upcoming festival season. We don’t expect the Le 3 Pro to arrive at least for the next couple of months.
