LeEco has scheduled an event for September 21 in China. The internet content driven company is expected to launch its new smartphones the LeEco Le 3 / Le 3 Pro.
Prior to the Le 3 Pro launch, LeEco released a poster on Weibo taking a dig at Apple on its recently launched iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. In this teaser, LeEco ridicules Apple for its “An extra hour of battery” statement at the September 7 iPhone launch. The LeEco’s upcoming phones will pack bigger batteries and will also support fast charging.
According to a leaked slide, there will be two variant of the Le 3 Pro. The budget variant will be aided by a 4070 mAh battery while the premium variant houses a 5000 mAh power unit. Apart from a beefier battery, the new LeEco phones will also list mouth-watering specs.

The costlier variant of Le 3 will employ Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 821 chipset along with whopping 8Gigs of RAM and 256GB internal storage. The trimmed down variant will still be a beast as it too gets Snapdragon 821 chipset, 6GB RAM and 64GB of ROM.
