Lenovo launches Yoga Tab 3, Tab2 A7-20 and Phab Plus phone in India

Lenovo presented its Lenovo Yoga Tab 3, TAB2 A7-20 and Phab Plus, which were first showcased at IFA 2015, in Delhi yesterday. Phab Plus has already hit the stores in china and company is expecting a positive response from Indian market too. The company has priced Yoga Tab 3 at 16,999 INR, whereas Tab2 will be more affordable amongst the two and will cost 5, 4999 INR only. The most expensive device amongst all these newly launched product is Phab Plus phablet. The 6.8-inch phone/tablet/whatever that comes for a price 18,500 INR tag.

Lenovo Phab Plus phablet hinges a 6.8-inch FHD IPS screen which shields a 1.5 GHz Snapdragon 615 Octa Core Processor below it. The chipset is assisted by Adreno 405 GPU, 32GB storage and 2GB of RAM. The smartphone houses a 13-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel on the front panel. In terms of connectivity options, it include dual-SIM and 4G, which should make it ideal for all categories of users. Keeping music lovers in mind, Lenovo has placed a Dolby ATMOS 3D Audio soundbox on the back.

 The Lenovo Yoga tab 3 is an improved version of its processor Yoga Tab 2. The 8-inch tab flaunts Lenovo’s multimode design. The company is trying to sell it as an ultimate tablet with its improved multimedia experience.

It is powered by quad-core processor coupled with 1GB of RAM and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop. It features front-facing stereo speakers with Dolby ATMOS sound and 20 hours of battery backup. The tablet come with 16GB internal storage which can be boosted to 128 via microSD card. Lenovo’s AnyPen technology is also an important part of this tablet, which allow users to use a pencil, a stick or even a fork—as a stylus. It supports both Indian LTE bands and also support voice calling.

Another tab which debuted at the same event was Lenovo Tab2 A7-20. It has a 7-inch IPS display. It is powered by a quad-core 1.3GHz MediaTek processor along with 1GB of RAM. This tablet runs on Google’s Android OS. The Tab2 comes with 8GB of internal storage, which can be bumped to 32GB using microSD card slot. This budget tab comes with a 2-megapixel rear and 0.3-megapixel front camera. A 3,450 mAh battery take care of all its power requirements. In connectivity options, it includes 4G LTE (optional) and Wi-Fi.
