Lenovo may very well bring out the successor to its Zuk Edge smartphone soon, after renders pertaining to the phone surfaced online in a series of photographs.

Following the lead of the recent Redmi Note 4X (which came out with a limited edition Hatsun Miku version), the phone would be themed around a popular Chinese Vocaloid character named Luo Tianyi.

The customized version of the successor to the Zuk Edge is blue in color and features a now common dual camera setup at the back. Other than that, it features a curved display with minimal bezels and a size that is expected to be around 5.5-inches.

Furthermore, the phone features curved edges at the top and bottom, with the bottom side also serving as the site for the USB port, loudspeaker as well as the SIM slot.

The photographs indicate that the buttons for controlling the volume as well as the power button are located on the phone’s right, which comes replete with the U-Touch home button that its predecessor, the Zuk Edge, also featured. The button also acts as the fingerprint sensor and lets you get through multiple apps fairly easily.

Besides the customized blue version, the images also showcased an all black version of the phone (sans the character, at that) which is exactly the same as the former except for the change in color.

Then again, these are just renders and nothing can be substantiated until and unless the company itself provides some information in this regard.
