The real highlight of the display, apart from the magnificent 1800mm curve, are features that are developed keeping gamers in mind. One of such features is the 144Hz refresh rate (i.e the monitors refreshes 144 times per second) which will complement any high-end GPU by producing jitter-free images and videos. Furthermore, it comes with AMD FreeSync compatibility and 1 millisecond response time for better gaming experience.

These displays also boast of a response time of 1ms MPRT which is the fastest in this segment.

These Samsung’s curved gaming monitors based on Quantum Dot Technology comes with Full HD with a resolution of 1080×1920 pixels and contrast ratio of 3000:1.

Gamers are demanding an advanced display technologies in monitors in order to experience every nuance of a game. The launch of this curved gaming monitor is a step in that direction and I am sure that it will be a trend-setter in the gaming zone.

Initial Impression

In our brief time with these monitors, we noticed a few positives: its design and image quality. Unlike, usual tilt option that we are accustom seeing in displays and monitor, it can swirl up to 180-degree which makes it unique in its own way. Other than that, curved nature of the display ensures an immersive gaming experience. However, a few more connectivity ports and audio output slots would have made more sense.
