Xiaomi Mi Power Bank 2 (10,000mAh and 20,000mAh) Now In India; Price Starts At Rs. 1,199

As expected, Chinese company Xiaomi finally launched its 10,000mAh-rated Mi Power Bank 2 in the country. Alongside that, it also dished out the successor to its 20,000mAh-rated Mi Power Bank, called the Mi Power Bank 2, with the same rating.

Speaking of the former, it comes in sporting a metal unibody design and measures only 13.4mm in terms of thickness. Alongside that, it has  5.0V-2.0A / 9V-12A, 18W input, meaning that it can be charged to its full capacity in 4.2 hours flat.

Also, it has a 93% conversion rate and can be switched to its low-power mode, that can be used to charge devices including the Mi Band and Mi Bluetooth headset, upon pressing the power button two times.

For output, Xiaomi has provided for a 5.0V / 2.0A, 9.0V / 2.0A output and a 12V / 1.5A – 15W one for fast charging. Other than that, it has a single USB port, micro USB port, four LED lights and a power button.

Now, coming to the 20,000mAh-rated, it is 23.9mm thick, and has a dual 5.1V / 3.6A output when two devices are connected, supports 5V/2.4A-9V/2A-12V/1.5A, and also has support for Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 devices (from one port).

It can be charged to its full capacity in 6.2 hours straight by the use of a fast charger and has the same conversion rate as its 10,000mAH-rated counterpart.

Both of the devices come in Black color, and will be available for purchase from Mi.com and Mi Home (offline stores), starting June 20 and from Amazon and Flipkart from July 7.

While the 10,000mAh Mi Power Bank 2 has been priced at Rs. 1,199, the 20,000mAH-rated one would set you back by Rs. 2,199.

Mi Bluetooth Speaker Mini and Mi WiFi Repeater 2

Besides the new set of Power Banks, Xiaomi also launched Mi WiFi repeater 2 and Mi Bluetooth speaker mini in India priced at 999 INR and 1,299 INR, respectively.

Mi WiFi Repeater 2 is a compact USB powered stick that can extend WiFi range for your home router. It’s compact, supports up to 16 devices and has a 3-step set-up process. It will be available starting June 20.

Mi Bluetooth Speaker Mini is a compact Bluetooth speaker with a single driver and 4 hours of battery life, one that you can hang on a nail using the inbuilt loophole. You can buy it starting June 21.
