Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5 with 3GB RAM variant arrives in India

ZenFone-2-LaserAsus is looking to make the most of the success it received with Zenfone 2 Laser 5 and 5.5 in India. This Diwali season, Asus has listed a 3GB RAM variant of Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5 exclusively on Flipkart. Available in three colors – Black, Red and White – Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5 is priced at Rs. 13,999.

The Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5, is powered by a 64-bit Snapdragon 615 (MSM8939) Octa-Core Processor which is assisted by Adreno 306 and 3GB of RAM. The Taiwanese company has placed a 13MP photo capturing eye at the back with f/2.0-aperture lens for primary photography needs. As per the manufacturer claims, it comes with a laser 0.3 second fast auto-focus system which enhances image stabilization.

The 5.5-inch 720P display comes with a Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection. It also features a 20nm Oleophobic Anti-fingerprints coating to protect against smudges and oily fingers. Like Microsoft and Sony, Asus has also introduced Glove touch Support in its phones.

The device comes with 16GB on of on-board storage along with support for microSD card up to 128GB. Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5 runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with custom Zen UI on top of it.
